Start Early

Prevention is better than cure, start your treatment in February to build your immunity

Buy your medication from the pharmacy

You can use 'Triple Therapy' eye drops, nasals sprays and tablets to support your symptoms

Close your windows when pollen is high

This is typically between 7.00 to 9.00am and 5.00 to 7.00pm

Use petroleum jelly inside your nose

This helps block the inhalation of pollen - you can use it under your eyes as
well

Always let them know if you take any other medications or have any other conditions so they can support you with the right medication
