We have purpose built surgeries to accommodate the needs of the disabled.
Opening Times
Between the hours of 12.00pm (noon) and 2.00pm the phone lines are open for emergencies only, you will be told to call back at 2.00pm if your problem is non urgent.

The surgery is closed all bank holidays.
Training Closures
Please note the practice is closed from 12.00pm (noon) to 6.30pm on the following dates due to staff training:

- Wednesday 12th February 2025
- Tueaday 11th March 2025
Extended Hours
Together with our PCN we provide extended hours at different sites, including on Saturdays, with various health professionals.
When We Are Closed
If you cannot contact us, or when your GP practice is closed:
- Life-threatening emergency or serious injury: call 999 or go to your nearest Emergency Department (A&E)
- Other injury or urgent need for treatment: go to your nearest Urgent Treatment Centre
- If you are unwell and need medical help: visit NHS 111 online or call 111
- For expert advice and medicines: visit your local pharmacy
- Mental health emergency: visit NHS 111 online
What NHS 111 cannot do:
- Issue fit notes. You need to contact your GP for these
- Make or cancel appointments for you in other parts of the NHS
