Dear Patients,

Maritime Health Partnership has been proud to deliver services to patients at Stonecross and West Drive Surgery as caretaker providers in recent weeks.

As many will be aware, we were asked by the Kent and Medway ICB to provide interim Management and Operational Support to the practice in all areas of regulated activity as experienced local providers who understand the health needs of local people.

Our 3 month tenure at the practice will come to an end on 23rd August 2024, at which time we will hand over to a new provider.

It has been a privilege to support the delivery of good care to patients of SCWD.
